Following the last few years fantastic User Conferences, what are you waiting for to book your place at this year’s Keynetix User Conference?

This year’s theme is “Disrupting the Geotechnical Data Journey” and the full agenda will be released over the coming weeks but they’ll be plenty to see, learn and experience; you don’t want to miss this event.

About the User Conference

The User Conference has now been running for over 26 years.  This event has evolved over the years and whilst there used to be 3 smaller events; back in 2012, we decided to create one larger event, giving our customers much more information simply by having more people involved at once.  Last year we had 150 delegates and due to the success of HoleBASE SI and KeyLAB this year we are expecting even more!

The event is still very much focussed on you the user, and therefore is the best place to find out what has happened with the software, where the software is going next and it is the perfect opportunity for you to be able to air your views on where you believe it should be heading.

In the breaks and at lunchtime, you will have the opportunity to network with the other users (drillers, contractors, consultants and laboratories) and take a look at the select companies that are exhibiting.  Throughout this time also, we will have our experts manning our Software Advice Bar, pre-bookable consultancy sessions are available to book for the breaks.  Please comment in the form if you would like one and indicate what it is regarding so we can ensure the most suitable person is available.

After lunch, we will split the room into 3 areas, for the 3 workshops.  These will give you a hands on opportunity to be involved in one of the subjects, whichever one is particularly important to you.

Afterwards, we’ll get everybody back together to listen to a couple of our partners.

Two years ago, saw the introduction of the Geotechnical Data Management Awards to this event.  This was something we as a company were very passionate about doing.  We wanted to be able to acknowledge the leading ways in which companies use our software to process and manage their data.  If you want to enter the awards this year then please check out our awards page

The User Conference Venue once again this year is The Jury’s Inn Hotel on the outskirts of Oxford.  To avoid any travel issues first thing in the morning, we would be delighted to invite you to join ourselves and our exhibitors the night before for dinner and a drink or two the evening before.  We realise time away from the home and office is difficult, which is why we are subsidising the hotel rate* to make it easier and of course dinner is on us!  This will also be a great opportunity to catch up with fellow colleagues throughout the industry.

Due to the limited numbers of spaces and the number of free spaces per maintenance site, it is essential that you book your place early to avoid disappointment.  To register your interest for this event, please fill in the form below.

Each company can send two people to the User Conference free of charge as long as your Maintenance Agreement is in date on the day of the event.
