Is KeyHOLE 64 bit compatible?
At the current time we do not formally support our products under a 64 bit environment, as may typically be the case with new Windows 7 machines. We are in the process of investigating what is required to enable each of our applications to run in (and be fully compatible with) a 64 bit environment, making estimated release dates available on this website as they become available. This investigation is being undertaken as a matter of priority. In the interim period we recommend that users who need to run our software on 64 bit machines consider using a 32 bit virtual machine to continue working.
Do HoleBASE and KeyHOLE need to be on the same machine?
No. As long as KeyHOLE can see the network location of the HoleBASE resource and project files then it can be run on a machine completely separate to HoleBASE.
What versions of AutoCAD does KeyHOLE work with?
KeyHOLE will work with any of the full versions of AutoCAD or AutoCAD MAP. We currently support 2007, 2008 and 2009 range of AutoCAD products. A 2010 version is currently in final testing and will be released shortly.
