Tests
The KeyLAB designer helps you easily to set up new test input and output sheets, or modify existing ones. When new sheets are added they are incorporated seamlessly into your system and are immediately functional - KeyLAB automatically builds a database to support the new worksheet.
Parameters
Specify as many parameters per test as you like - KeyLAB gives system administrators the freedom quickly to adapt to the changing requirements of clients, and to accommodate new laboratory procedures.
Output
Of course if you can do it in Excel you can do it in KeyLAB. But that's not all. Thanks to the extended graphing capabilities of KeyLAB you can even do some things that Excel alone doesn't come close to.
Full AGS Compatibility
No matter how complicated your test is, you simply highlight the cells that contain AGS data when you set it up and KeyLAB will take care of the AGS data for you.

Data Security & Quality Assurance
KeyLAB comes with a full security module that enforces user access rights and implements quality controls in the checking and approving of tests.
Electronic Scheduling
Built-in colour coding of the Work Order Schedule helps you to keep track of a job's progress. Once scheduled, pre-formatted hard-copy data sheets are produced for staff to record test results. When the results are entered at the keyboard the schedule will record the time of completion, and by whom. You can even extend the capabilities of the Work Order Schedule by importing electronic schedule sheets from your clients.
Test Equipment Records
KeyLAB's Equipment Manager stores and tracks all registered items of Laboratory equipment, together with their calibration dates and values. Once entered into the Equipment Manager each item of equipment and its calibration details is available for cross-referencing on test sheets..
Laboratories Unlimited
KeyLAB is well suited to serve organisations with multiple laboratories. Extensive import and export routines facilitate digital communications between sites and the sharing of information and test data. Its unique sample referencing system will also help to avoid any complications, enforcing data integrity even between laboratories.
Management Reports
'Calibration Status', 'Completed Testing' and 'Outstanding Testing' are just a few of the management reports available. You can even define your own query and export the data immediately into an Excel worksheet.
Electronic Sample Tracking
Locating a sample in your laboratory is no longer a problem with the KeyLAB Sample Tracker, simply select the sample on screen and ask KeyLAB where it is or where it has been. You can even use a hand held bar coding system to keep track of your sample from the field to disposal.
