22nd Geotechnical Office User Group will be the Biggest Ever

Please note that the following news item is an archived article. Therefore any links and information may now be out of date.

In December this year, users of the popular HoleBASE program will get their hands on the first public release of the new HoleBASE SI software at our annual user group meeting.   The annual event, which is free to users with a valid maintenance agreement, is usually split over 2 or 3 locations around the UK and generates an excellent way for users to network with each other and provide Keynetix staff with direct feedback on the direction of future builds and services.

This year, to celebrate the new HoleBASE SI software we will be bringing everyone together under one roof in central Birmingham on the 4th December.
The venue, which has been selected for its ease of access by road, rail or plane, has a capacity of around 150 people and we will be filling it with Site Investigation professionals from all aspects of our industry. This will give you an even stronger event and networking opportunities than in previous years.

Get Involved Today and promote your company and services

There are two opportunities for you to promote your company and expertise at our User Group this year.
Last year the case study session was one of the most popular sections of the day with users presenting their use of cutting edge technology and processes to streamline their data management operations.  This year we are hoping to increase this section to include four speakers and we would like to hear from you if you have had an interesting project or industry aspect to talk about.

Talks only need to be around 15 mins and will be in front of a friendly audience (so don’t be shy).  Please let Hayley Mayer or Roger Chandler know at sales@keynetix.com or on  01527 68888  as soon as possible if you would like to use one of these slots – we only have four slots so please let us know as soon as possible.

The second opportunity is for a small exhibition table and stand at the event.  With a large representation of your target market in the room we hope it will present you an opportunity to show off what you can offer to the consultants, contractors and laboratories in the audience.  Exhibition stands are very reasonably priced but due to space we have to limit the number of stands so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to know pricing details or reserve a space.

Registration

Registration for the event will start next month, but for now make sure the provisional dates are in your diary.  It will be the largest Geotechnical Office User Group meeting ever and you will leave with a copy of the new HoleBASE SI.  The event is free for up to two people from each organisation with a valid maintenance agreement and we will send you a link in next month’s News Review.
