5 Top Benefits of Keeping Your Maintenance in Date

Please note that the following news item is an archived article. Therefore any links and information may now be out of date.

1.    Upgrades for free
2.    Free Attendance at Monthly Training Webinars and Annual User Groups
3.    Always have the latest version of software
4.    Have access to Keynetix Knowledgebase
5.    Access to Support

Many companies when looking to review their spend look at Maintenance Contracts are thinking “why do I need this?”.  We all feel that way about maintenance and insurance costs and think “but I didn’t make a claim this year” etc.

That’s why here at Keynetix we like to ensure that your maintenance contract gives you value for money.  We’re very proud to say that our product upgrades; unlike most companies, do not have to be purchased.  We automatically send the upgrade to all of our customers who currently hold a valid maintenance agreement for that particular product.

Thus meaning, you always have the latest version of software available.  On a recent survey, here are what some of our customers said about us when asked what they liked most about Keynetix products and services:

“The fact that where possible, the users needs are taken into account when software is upgraded” – Tim Rogers of GRM Development.

“Listens to feedback and provides the product we need and keeps the software up-to-date at no extra cost to us” – David Houseago of Norfolk County Council

“They are tuned into the needs and requirements of the customer and adapt to change” – Lucy Howell of Soils Limited

Last year also saw Keynetix launch their online Knowledgebase, which is free to all customers with a valid maintenance agreement.  If you are not familiar with the Knowledgebase, it is an all hours resource tool which you can go back to time and time again, content is being added all the time, from how to videos, training courses, FAQ’s and white papers.  Here’s what our customers think of it:

“The online training videos are a brilliant idea especially due to recent constraints in training budgets” – Renna Gohel of Atkins.

“Friendly support and always willing to help.  I also like the fact that Keynetix move with the times are constantly looking to improve on products and the way they teach others – the video being VERY useful; there should be more!” – Neil Wilkinson of Geotechnics.

We also hold Free Monthly Training Webinars, whereby you can hear hints and tips of how best to use our products completely free of charge; these are in addition to our Annual User Groups which have been running for many years; and our users have found them beneficial, not just because they’re hearing about the latest developments etc, but also for the opportunity to network with their peers; which they do completely free of charge, as we cover the cost for 2 users from every organisation that has a valid maintenance agreement with us.

And last but certainly not least; you receive help and advice from our second to none Support Team.  In a recent survey, we discovered that over 90% of our customers would recommend us to others.  Here’s what a few of our customers said about our support services.

“Support team are very friendly and helpful” – Dipalee Jukes of Ground & Water

“Excellent telephone support” – Matthew Owen of John Grimes Partnership

“Support is excellent” – Jonathan Aykroyd of Capita Symonds
