Keynetix are pleased to announce that we will be supporting Geotechnica on the 27th and 28th August 2009 on the Upton Estate at near Banbury.

Geotechnica is an exciting new Trade Show and Exhibition focussing on geotechnical innovation, effective drilling techniques, and best practice in site investigation. It is designed to appeal to all sectors of the industry.

The Keynetix stand in the exhibition will show the latest exciting developments in site investigation and GIS software, and a range of hardware solutions for rugged field operations. We will also present and discuss the impact of AGS4 at one of the show’s technical seminars.

Geotechnica is supported by stakeholders from all aspects of our industry and will help to bridge the gaps between academia and industry. Exhibitors at this year’s event include local and national contractors and suppliers from geothermal, ground investigation and water well drilling, drilling rig and equipment manufacturers, geotechnical and geothermal suppliers, multi-disciplinary consultants, trade associations and clients.  Among those who have already signed up are: –

Applied Geotechnical Engineering
Apple Construction Training
Association of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialists
Archway Engineering
Boart Longyear
British Geological Survey
Buro Happold
Cable Detection
Casagrande UK

We are particularly excited about this event as we have long believed that there is a need for a show devoted specifically to geotechnical issues. Our industry is all too often overshadowed by the bulk of general civil engineering trades at shows like Civils and Sustainability Live.

Geotechnica will provide a superb opportunity to learn about what is new and great in our industry, to develop and build fresh contacts for new business and future projects, and of course, to meet old friends. The event is free and they have even promised to put on a Hog Roast. With their firm assurance that the weather will be fantastic – who could ask for more?  We look forward to seeing you there.
