Keynetix are pleased to announce the official release of HoleBASE SI build 1.30.x.x which includes several major enhancements.  This build addresses some of the major requests received from customers and represents a significant upgrade on build 1.28.x.x

HBSI Article 2Users of HoleBASE SI Professional will be delighted that a dynamic borehole location icon size can now be defined together with theming of location groups and project extents.

HoleBASE SI Extension for Microsoft Excel users will be amazed with the new integration with Excel Graphing styles and template which opens up powerful theming options for charts in Excel.

CAD users will be pleased to see the expansion of template studio options now supported on the borehole strips, together with improvements in the XYZ Point Group features.

System Administrators will be keen to review the many new features that make borehole logs even more flexible and security far more flexible.

Security is perhaps the biggest upgrade in this release.  In previous builds users have been restricted to the 4 standard levels of security built into the program.  In this new build you can now define your own levels of security including the option to time out a user’s or client’s access to a project.

“We continue to focus on the development of KeyLAB and HoleBASE SI at Keynetix and the skill and dedication of our team allows us to produce significant and regular upgrades to both products.” said Carl Grice, Development Director at Keynetix “This build includes further incremental improvements to the core architecture, improving both performance and scalability along with a host of new features developed in response to continued user feedback. We are once again very proud of the significant progress that has been made in this exciting release.”

HBSI Article 1“This release includes a major upgrade to the charting capability of the HoleBASE SI Extension for Microsoft Excel as requested by a number of the large consultants who use HoleBASE SI in the UK and USA.” said Roger Chandler, Keynetix Managing Director “The Extension for Microsoft Excel was already a major draw for customers to upgrade to HoleBASE SI and the addition of the new styling features increases its desirability significantly.”

The new version of HoleBASE SI, Extensions and Template Studio are available to any users with a valid maintenance agreement or subscription and can be downloaded from the new Keynetix Assist website.  IT managers should note this release requires .NET 4.5.2 which is packaged with Installers.

All new features will be demonstrated in a webinar this Friday – all users can register for this webinar on our webinars page.
