Geotechnical Laboratory Software Consultant

2015 has started off even faster than 2014 ended and the 1st Quarter of 2015 saw our biggest increase in new customers in a single quarter.  We don’t expect this to be a one off either as our products are now starting to transform the way companies manage their geotechnical data in Australia and USA and large UK projects like HS2 are increasing demand here in the UK.

The quality of our support and services is one of the main reasons customers upgrade to Keynetix products and we are recruiting to ensure that the capacity of this team is able to meet the rising demands of our ever expanding customer base.

This role will suit someone who has experience in geotechnical laboratory testing and interest in Information Technology. You will be involved in the day to day support for our KeyLAB customer base and will have the opportunity to become a consultant on KeyLAB implementations around the world.

More often than not customers are implementing and using both KeyLAB and HoleBASE SI and, although this position will be primarily helping KeyLAB customers, there will also be the opportunity to get involved with the support, training and consultancy work with HoleBASE SI customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel within UK

The position will initially be based in our Redditch office.   Opportunity for remote working will be considered once the initial trial period is completed.

Part Time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant

Keynetix is an exciting SME based in Redditch.  Our products and services are in demand around the world and over the last 12 months we have seen our turnover increase significantly.

To assist with this increase we are looking for a part time bookkeeper/admin person to join our team to assist in the day to day operations of general tasks within the company. You will be responsible for updating the business accounts on Sage Line 50, assisting with VAT, invoicing, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable and some areas of payroll. The position will also require updating our database regularly, dealing with customers, as well as improving processes and procedures as the business develops. You will possess experience of working with Sage Line 50, have strong IT skills and a background in administrative support. This person needs a good sense of humour, be hardworking with excellent attention to detail and a professional approach

Requirements

The position will be based in our Redditch office.   Working hours for a part time position can be flexible to meet the arrangements of the candidate.  There may be an option for this role to be available as a full time position in the future.
