Further to our recent announcement, we’re delighted to have filled another of the vacancies here at Keynetix.  This time we welcome back an old friend Melanie Towler, as our Receptionist, Helpdesk and Office Assistant.

Melanie Towler

Some of you may remember Mel from when she worked at these offices for Key Systems.  Mel has joined us at this exciting time as things are ramping up massively within Keynetix, not least because of all the success of HoleBASE SI and the various extensions that have been released over the last few months.

This has seen a huge increase in the Sales enquiries we’ve received and the support team have been stretched by the number of Training Courses we’ve been putting on, due to popular demand.  Mel will look to lighten this load and as she already knows us, it makes it so much easier.

Speaking of Mel’s addition to the Keynetix team, Phil Child – Services Manager says “I am very happy to welcome Mel to the team and introduce her to our user community.  Her drive and enthusiasm are self evident and despite being back with us only a short time she has already made a genuinely positive impact in our activities.  Seeking to grow with the role, Mel’s zeal is infectious – she seems particularly excited at the prospect of attending this year’s UGM and meeting users face-to-face.  In the fullness of time we are hopeful that she will be taking on a more frontline role within the support activities of the services team.”

Mel adds “I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining Keynetix Limited, I’m really looking forward to this year’s UGM and meeting many of the user’s I have spoken to over the years”.

Mel has many years experience in Customer Service and is delighted to be learning about the new products.  There will be many of you who’ll recognise her when you call the main office and Mel will meet you all at this year’s User Group Meeting, which takes place on Tuesday 11th November at The Hawthorns.
