Review of The First of Our Annual Customer Survey’s

Last month saw the first of an annual Customer Survey get underway here at Keynetix and we are pleased to say we had a fantastic response and are currently processing all of the information which came out of the survey.

The survey gave us some insights into how our customers view us, how we could improve our product and services and what people know, understand or believe about Keynetix products and services.

For example we were surprised to see that nearly 20% of you were not aware we offered telephone support, but over 90% of you use our email support services.  Also only half of you were aware of our Annual User Group meetings, so we hope you’ve found the article on that of interest!

Over 90% of our customers would recommend us to others

We’re delighted that although Keynetix Knowledgebase was only launched last year, 68% of you are aware of it and do use it.

As you can imagine, there is a lot of information to work through and it has shown us some areas that we need to work on, but we’re delighted that over 90% of you would recommend us to others.

Thank you to all of you who took part, especially Andrew Mould of Waterman Transport and Development, who was the winner of the Kindle.

Hopefully next year, we will get more of you involved and we can improve all aspects of our products and services and are aiming for 100% customer recommendations!
