Geotechnica

This July we attended and exhibited at Geotechnica 2013, the UK’s largest Geotechnical Trade Show and Exhibition and the sun shone for us!

It was the first time the event has been held at the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre, having migrated from a set of marquees on the Upton Estate.  Having moved under cover due to the increased size of the show and problems with the weather it was always going to be a fine and sunny event , and we weren’t disappointed.

The Keynetix Stand was as busy as always, with coffee served in the mornings and beer in the afternoon to many of our fellow colleagues and a lot of new faces too.

We demonstrated the BGS mapping which is now part of HoleBASE SI and this proved very popular with current users of HoleBASE SI and the BGS staff.  We also had the opportunity to follow Paul Nathanail’s lecture on “What is a Model?” with a presentation detailing the 5 important steps for data validation before you add it to your model.

As always, it proved to be a great event for us and we’re currently getting back to all those who requested information from us.  If you did not get chance to come to the show why not come and see us in Paris in September
