Website Login Changes

Towards the close of 2013 the www.keynetix.com website saw further improvements as part of a rolling program of changes.  On this occasion a number of changes were made in the background, giving less obvious benefits to users.  One of the key improvements sees a direct link between Keynetix.com and our internal CRM system, GOMIS.  This ensures that users will be assured of access to the Knowledgebase in particular as soon as their Maintenance Agreement has been processed.  Previously this was reliant on a manual update process, this being performed on a regular basis.

Due to the nature of these changes it will be necessary for users who have used the sites prior to the end of 2013 to create a new password for their accounts.  This can be done by entering your email address here and selecting the text which reads “Click here if you’ve lost your password”. An email will then be sent out to the nominated address, providing an initial password.  Having logged in with this password the details can be changed to something more memorable here.
