Here at Keynetix the quality of the products and services we supply to you is very important to us and we constantly look at ways we may improve them, as part of this we are introducing an Annual Customer Survey.

For the survey to work we ask customers who have purchased our software for candid and honest feedback on your experiences using Keynetix products and services over the last year.

The annual survey is important to you as we are able to learn from your responses and if necessary improve the quality of both the products and services we offer you. The Survey will give us a year on year benchmark for how well are we are doing.

The online survey should only take 10 minutes to fill in and all surveys completed before 8th August 2012 will be entered into a prize draw for a free Kindle*.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to help us improve our service.  Your response and any comments made on the survey will be treated with the utmost confidentiality

* Questionnaires can still be submitted after this date but will not be eligible for the prize draw
