2015 User Group Conference and Exhibition Date Announced

Keynetix are today announcing the details for yet another fantastic User Group Conference and Exhibition.
This year’s event, will take place at The Oxford Hotel which is situated just off the roundabout for the A34 and the A40, just outside the centre of Oxford.
We will yet again have a jam packed day for you starting at 9am on Tuesday 24th November.
However, to avoid any travel issues first thing in the morning, we would be delighted to invite you to join ourselves and our exhibitors the night before for dinner and a drink or two.
We realise time away from the home and office is difficult, which is why we are subsidising the hotel rate* to make it easier and of course dinner is on us! This will also be a great opportunity to catch up with fellow colleagues throughout the industry.
A full agenda will be released shortly, however due to the limited numbers of spaces and the number of free spaces per maintenance site, it is essential that you book your place early to avoid disappointment. * The subsidised hotel rate of £90 (rate of £109 normally applies) will be chargeable to guests on their departure. Any no shows on the day or cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will also be charged.
About the User Group Conference and Exhibition
The User Group has now been running for over 25 years. This event has evolved over the years and whilst there used to be 3 smaller events; back in 2012 we decided to create one larger event, giving our customers a much more information simply by having more people involved at once with even more companies there than before.
The event is still very much focussed on you the user, and subsequently this is the best place to find out what has happened with the software, where the software is going next and it is the perfect opportunity for you to be able to air your views on where you believe it should be heading.
The morning’s agenda will comprise of informative presentations on what we’ve been developing over the last year and will also give you an opportunity to hear other customers’ stories on what they are doing with the software.
In the breaks and at lunchtime, you will have the opportunity to mingle with the other guests and take a look at the select companies that are exhibiting. Throughout this time also, we will have our experts manning our Software Advice Bar, so if there is anything that you feel you could maybe do a little easier or that you just need a bit of advice from, come and ask one of our experts.
After lunch, we will split the room into 3 areas, for the 3 workshops. These will give you a hands on opportunity to be involved in one of the subjects, whichever one is particularly important to you. If you interested in more than one, don’t worry, we’ll repeat them straight afterwards so you can have the opportunity to swap places.
Afterwards, we’ll get everybody back together to discuss where to next with the software and this is your opportunity to say what you think should be being developed for the future.
Last year saw the introduction of the Data Management Awards also to this event. This was something we as a company were very passionate about doing. We wanted to be able to acknowledge the leading ways in which companies use our software to process and manage their data.
This proved fantastic and we were delighted with the entries that we received. There were four finalists in each category, the categories were Data Capture and Reporting and Data Analysis and Visualisation. Last year’s winners were GIP for Data Capture and Reporting and Atkins for Data Analysis and Visualisation. The chance to enter these awards will open up shortly, so get your thinking caps on as to what your entry will include.
These events have been invaluable to many of our customers and have always proved very popular. If you are new to Keynetix, we’re confident that by attending one of these events, you will get more out of the software that you are currently using.
