2017 Keynetix User Conference and Exhibition Date Announced

We are pleased to be able to announce the details for our 27th Annual Keynetix User Conference and Exhibition.  This year’s event will take place at The Jury’s Inn Oxford on the Tuesday 28th November 2017 and will follow the Geotechnical Data Management Awards on the evening of the Monday 27th November.

This will also be a great opportunity to catch up with fellow colleagues throughout the industry and to learn more about how to maximise your use of all Keynetix Products.

A full agenda will be released shortly, however due to the limited numbers of spaces and the number of free spaces per maintenance site, it is essential that you book your place early to avoid disappointment.   The registration page for this event, will go live in September, and we will let you know as soon as registration opens.

We recommend that you attend the Geotechnical Data Management Awards on the evening before to get the most from this event.  To help you we will subsidise the hotel rate * and include the awards dinner and free bar to help you take advantage of our powerful network of users.

* The subsidised hotel rate of £90 (rate of £109 normally applies) will be chargeable to guests on their departure.  Any no shows on the day or cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will also be charged.

Promote Your Organisation at the Exhibition

Each year we offer 10 Exhibition spaces to our customers and partners to allow them to promote their organisation to the entire Site Investigation supply chain with a small stand at the event.  If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity please let us know via our contact form as soon as possible.  We restrict the number of stands to 10 and these are usually taken up quickly by the companies who have exhibited in previous years.

About the User Group Conference and Exhibition

The User Group has now been running for over 27 years.  This event has evolved over the years and whilst there used to be 3 smaller events; back in 2012  we decided to create one larger event, giving our customers much more information simply by having more people involved at once with even more companies there than before.


The event is still very much focussed on you the user, and subsequently this is the best place to find out what has happened with the software, where the software is going next and it is the perfect opportunity for you to be able to air your views on where you believe it should be heading.

The morning’s agenda will comprise of informative presentations on what we’ve been developing over the last year and will also give you an opportunity to hear other customers’ stories on what they are doing with the software.

In the breaks and at lunchtime, you will have the opportunity to mingle with the other guests and take a look at the select companies that are exhibiting.  Throughout this time also, we will have our experts manning our Software Advice Bar, so if there is anything that you feel you could maybe do a little easier or that you just need a bit of advice for, come and ask one of our experts.

After lunch, we will split the room into 3 areas, for the 3 workshops.  These will give you a hands on opportunity to be involved in one of the subjects, whichever one is particularly important to you.

Afterwards, we’ll get everybody back together to discuss where to next with the software and this is your opportunity to say what you think should be being developed for the future.

These events have been invaluable to many of our customers and have always proved very popular.  If you are new to Keynetix, we’re confident that by attending one of these events, you will get more out of the software than you are currently.
