Free Support Surgery: Wednesday 29th August at 2pm

Please note that the following news item is an archived article. Therefore any links and information may now be out of date.

At 2pm on Wednesday the 29th August the next support surgery will be on the subject “Producing AGS4 data from HoleBASE3.1”.  Click here to find out more or register for this online event, free to holders of a current maintenance agreement.

The monthly online support surgery concept is a simple one – join in for a ‘tips and tricks’ session and discuss.

For those who feel confident with our software, and are happy to comment before their peers, this is all pretty standard webinar fare.   However, what marks out the surgery as different is the availability of the sessions which follow.  For those who prefer a more discrete approach, any discussion can take the form of a private 15 minute online meeting with the Services Manager (or, on occasion, other members of the senior management team) shortly after the main session.  Obviously, client confidentiality will be respected in these sessions as we encourage people to speak freely; we’re here to help with the use of our software and all feedback is helpful to this enterprise.
