After 22 years of development and support, Keynetix are fully retiring the HoleBASE 3.1 range of products and KeyLAB 1. As announced at the 2014 User Group Meeting and on the Knowledgebase article Fully Supported Software and Platforms, HoleBASE 3.1 has been on limited support for two years. As from 4th April 2016 all support for the products will be removed. These products include:
• HoleBASE 3.1
 • HoleBASE Reporter
 • IDEM
 • Visual Form Designer
 • KeyHOLE
 • KeyLAB 1
The withdrawal of support does not mean you have to stop using HoleBASE 3.1, however, Keynetix will not be able to assist or provide any answers to any questions relating to HoleBASE 3.1 or any of the products listed above If you have not already done so we would highly recommend that you upgrade to HoleBASE SI. Similarly if you are still using KeyLAB 1 you should migrate to KeyLAB 2.

We can offer assistance and consultancy services to help you upgrade and migrate to the newer products.

The following table shows which software and platforms will be fully supported from 4th April 2016.

For more information on supported software please see: Fully Supported Software and Platforms

If you have any concerns or would like some guidance on the procedure for migrating from HoleBASE 3.1 or KeyLAB 1 please contact us ASAP. After 4th April we will not be able to answer any further support questions related to the legacy product ranges.
