The Keynetix Presentation due to be given this week In Las Vegas at the Autodesk University is already living up to expectations, as it is within the Top 10 enrolled classes.

Gary Morin, our resident AutoCAD® expert and Keynetix Technical Director has been chosen to present an hour long master class at this year’s Autodesk University in Las Vegas on Tuesday 27th November.

Gary’s subject will be “Using Geotechnical Data in AutoCAD® Civil 3D” and already has nearly 100 people registered to attend the class.  In the class Gary will be teaching how to use the new AutoCAD Civil 3D to display and model subsurface data for infrastructure design work. The class will show how borehole data can be imported and used within AutoCAD Civil 3D software to greatly increase productivity for geotechnical engineers.

“So often we find companies use a software program for producing borehole logs but do not fully utilise the data past this point as it is too time consuming to rekey or manipulate the data into the right format.” says Gary

“This is an excellent opportunity to show users, managers and designers how the use of dynamic geotechnical data within Civil 3D can transform the way their organisation views their geotechnical data”

The conference gives Autodesk users an enormous range of classes for all users of the Autodesk suite of products.  If you are unable to attend yourself then please let others who may be attending from your organisation know about Gary’s class and we look forward to showing  you or them some pretty cool Civil 3D stuff on the 27th November.
