Knowledgebase Has Over 235 Articles in Over 40 Categories

The Keynetix Knowledgebase has now over 235 articles in over 40 categories and according to our recent customer survey is the first place the majority of our customers go to when they require help, which now outnumbers the amount of support calls we receive. The KnowledgeBase, which was launched towards the end of 2011 reached over 3,000 downloads by October of this year and users of the site have doubled in the last six months..
In 2011 Keynetix Ltd made a significant investment to improve customer experience by launching “The Keynetix Knowledgebase”, a free video support and training website available to all customers with a current Maintenance Agreement.
Following a rise in international sales the new website provided an “all-hours” resource for overseas customers as well as an extremely useful free of charge tool that UK customers could go back to time and time again if they needed help with something and at a time to suit them.
After launching the KnowledgeBase the kind of feedback received was similar to this comment from Reena Gohel of Atkins Ltd who wrote on her questionnaire: “The online training videos are a brilliant idea especially due to recent constraints in training budgets”.
Similarly in this year’s questionnaire there were many comments that reflected Neil Wilkinson of Geotechnica’s opinion which was “Friendly Support & always willing to help. KeyHOLE is good at what it does. I also like the fact that Keynetix move with the times, are constantly looking to improve on products and the way they teach others – the videos being VERY useful; there should be more!”
Keynetix have seen considerable frustration from their clients in recent years that courses are scheduled which would help them improve their professional skill-set, only to find that time and budget restrictions prevent them from attending. With the arrival of Knowledgebase all customers can benefit from many of our popular training courses without leaving their desks.
Free course highlights include an introduction to our suite of products. The website also hosts a large set of frequently asked questions and industry white papers and new content is added regularly. All customers with an up-to-date maintenance agreement can access.
The great thing is all of our existing customers have a login automatically generated for them, however less than 10% have requested their password and therefore the majority of our customers are missing out on the benefits they could be enjoying.
