On 1st August this year, we sent out our Annual Customer Survey and we still need a few users to complete the questionnaire and give us your candid and honest feedback on your experiences using Keynetix products and services over the last year.
The Annual Customer Survey is important as we are able to learn from your responses and constantly improve the quality of both the products and services we offer you.

Keynetix will be observing the National Bank Holiday's over the Easter Period. The offices will close at 17:30 on Thursday 18th April and will re-open at 09:00 on Tuesday 23rd April.

In the next few months, Microsoft are retiring extended support for both Windows 7 and the SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2008 r2 versions. For users who initially installed HoleBASE SI before 26th September 2014 (Versions less than 1.22.0.x) and users who installed KeyLAB before the start of 2015 and who haven’t already upgraded should particularly check to ensure that they are not affected.
