Launch of Live Chat on Keynetix Assist

Keynetix are delighted to announce the launch of a new BETA service for live chat on our online help system – Keynetix Assist.

Regular visitors to Keynetix Assist may have noticed a new button appearing on all of the pages for live help.  This is a new service that we are offering (currently in BETA) alongside the Keynetix Assist help system to further aid our users in speeding up resolutions to their problems.  This service has been designed to enhance our service offerings as an alternative to traditional telephone and email support and to provide our users with a fast, direct and knowledgeable response to any immediate queries.

To access this new service, login to Keynetix Assist with a valid account and look for the Live Chat button which will appear on the left-hand side of every page on the site.  Simply click on the button, let us know what you would like help with and one of our software support experts will respond as soon as they become available.  If a member of our team is not available, then your live chat request will be escalated to a ticket where the team will handle it as if it were a normal email enquiry.  Any live chat requests which become more involved will also be escalated to a full support ticket when required to ensure that your query gets a resolution as soon as possible.

This service is currently being piloted to expand our online service offering.  Expect more exciting news regarding our support services in the future!
