This Month’s Free Training Webinar – 5 Ways HoleBASE can help with Project Planning

Please note that the following news item is an archived article. Therefore any links and information may now be out of date.

HoleBASE has long been used as the geotechnical and geo-environmental data management tool of choice in the UK.  However, few people realise how The Geotechnical Office can help with the acquisition of data before a step has been placed on site.  Find out how HoleBASE can be used in the process of planning site works and discover some of the benefits.

The free training webinar will cover the following:
Project Planning

  • Import a map
  • Schedule locations
    • HOLE_ID only in HoleBASE
    • Draw Blobs…
    • …KeyHOLE asks where you want them…
    • …place them.
    • Create AGS
  • Change hole type (e.g. TP to CP)
  • Produce a supervisor report (HOLE_ID, co-ordinates, type) to take on site
  • Produce instructions
    • Could I adapt the KeyLogBook sheet?
    • Could I show import into KeyLogBook?
  • Show AGS from contractor (from KeyLogBook?)
  • Import
    • Show a hole where the co-ordinates were adjusted
    • Show data married up

In short, this free training webinar will assist you in getting organised, by helping your people turn up on site prepared and give you their findings in the way that’s important to you.

This webinar is intended to help users get the most from their software investment.  As such, it is available without further charge to all holders of a valid Maintenance Agreement.

Additionally, attendees can book a private fifteen minute slot to discuss any issues they wish with the Keynetix Services Manager.  Please note, however, that appointments are limited.

Reserve your place now to avoid disappointment.
